Privacy Policy

SitPretty does not collect any data. Everything it uses stays on your Mac.
What SitPretty reads
With your permission (macOS asks for “Motion & Fitness” access), SitPretty reads the motion of your AirPods: the direction of gravity, head rotation and movement. It uses this only to estimate your head and neck posture while you work. SitPretty does not use your camera or microphone, and it does not read what you do in other apps.
What SitPretty stores, and where
Your personal posture model, the corrections you give it (such as “That's right” or “False alarm”), your settings and simple daily counts are stored on your Mac, inside SitPretty's own app container. They are never uploaded.
What SitPretty sends
Nothing. SitPretty has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the App Store version has no network access. If SitPretty ever offers a purchase, it is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.
Deleting your data
Use “Forget corrections” in Settings to return to what you taught, or delete SitPretty to remove everything it stored. You can turn off motion access at any time in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Motion & Fitness.
Children
SitPretty does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Questions: support@sitpretty.app. SitPretty is made by SmashMelon LLC.
